I've ordered from Door Dash several times. The drivers are great! It's the website we order from that is not working well and the company will do nothing about it. I've complained in emails to the home office about this same problem. I just spent another 2 hours making a big grocery order from a local grocery chain, HyVee, here in Iowa. It was about 44 items in the cart and added up to $145.00 before any fees added on. But when I clicked the "place order" button, the site directed me to sign in like with Facebook. This erases the entire cart order!! I had already signed in with my address, as usual, in the beginning. There is no other way to sign in before ordering.
The company will not change this. Signing in AGAIN at the end of our order wipes out our entire order and starts us from scratch again. All our time going through the whole supermarket's groceries and ordering is wasted. I'm so tired of this! Right now I am crying. I needed those groceries and I don't drive.
