Love that the delivery people have a great attitude. I love that with the instructions that I provided about my location (how to use the keypad so I can buzz them in, and where my apartment is located) they come all the way to my door instead of me having to meet them out front. I love the notifications I get (that they're on their way, to the tip already included). As a UX designer, this makes my heart happy. Thanks for the great service, and keep it up!
