Service is great for delivery of your favorite Resturants around without having to go and get the food yourself. The problem is you are expected to tip the driver even before the food comes. Tips are for good service, but now everyone expects one no matter what. Also, I had a few occasions when food was missing or just not quite as good as it should be. No napkins, forks, spoons, ketchup etc. you have to be very very specific if you want anything and if you happen to not get your food, you're out the money you paid, because door dash only refunds the delivery fee of $5.99. :/ but they do send a review to the place you ordered from. Oh thanks, that makes it much better. Delivery people are usually nice. Some don't say anything just shove a bag at you and say (insert name) with blank expression on there face and walk away quickly. Hey, they got their tips already and you probably won't see them again because it's always different people doing deliveres. Door dash better step it up, because there are a lot of other companies jumping on this band wagon for a lot cheaper and I can't wait to see.
