Most of the refunds are actually fun to look through to see all the entitled people thinking that everything revolves around them and mistakes can't happen. Other than that I actually think your customer service is great... whenever the restaurant gets my order wrong or my food gets delivered to the wrong address they fix it within 30 minutes if your not being a cry baby about your food not being perfect. First world problems people no need to be so mad about it all the time. There's no way that these mistakes would never happen so treat customer service with respect and maybe they will treat you with it as well.
