The last 2x times I ordered pizza (12/19/21, 01/01/22) both drivers were careless and the pizza looked like it was thrown into the box. The first driver had slammed on his brakes and the pizza box flew off the seat. The second driver was careless in handling the pizza, the pizza looked like it was thrown in the box. DoorDash offered a refund on both pizzas., however, I discovered that I was charged for the 2nd pizza after I was told I would get a refund. When I reviewed my bank transaction, I saw that I was charged for the pizza. I contacted customer service, the rep offered to help, however, I got an email saying I wasn't qualified for a refund. I tried to contact another rep, asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed/left on hold. Below are photos and screenshots.
