Not sure where everyone is getting deliveries at but some of these comments doesn’t even make sense,
First off if your order is wrong then why would you blame the driver we are in a pandemic a driver should not be opening up food and looking at it.
The restaurant is responsible for getting the correct items in the bags.
With orders being late you should be able to see where your driver is at all times and if you cancel a order after the drive has already went to get it yes you are responsible to pay for wasting their time. Everywhere has bad apples but not everyone is and not every area
