To whom it may concern,
I spend so much money per week with doordash and I’m also, as their company would say, “a loyal DoorDash pass member”. I’m so tired of the terrible customer service I receive. The restaurants almost ALWAYS hands out incorrect orders. And calling in or going online constantly to receive proper compensation is an EXTREME hassle. Especially when I just had to call 3-4 times about an incorrect order of $64 for breakfast for 2 people. In which, a young man got nasty with me and hung up in my face. I also had an incident where it took 6 months for them to compensate me for an unfamiliar charge that came from my account. I spend $9.99/month and this is the treatment I receive. So upsetting.
