Even with a tip I keep getting cold cold cold

Food and DoorDash keep letting the delivery people add more orders food comes
Almost 2 hours late and more and more late. We should be able to add the tip at the end they did credit some back but how many time will you deliver cold food i though your supposed to keep it at temperature
