I was overcharged for groceries and then up charged on my card after. The door dasher delivered my order with the receipt and there was a $30 difference. This is theft. I contacted customer service twice. The first one ended the chat after I uploaded the receipt. When I contacted customers service again the second passed me to his “manager” and the second passed me to his “supervisor “ who didn’t respond. I was online waiting for a response for over an hour. I will be canceling my dash pass and will no longer use this app.
