Doordash allowed me to Order from Papa John's and they were closing in like 20mins. I noticed the Dasher was on the DoorDash map pending for awhile so I contacted DoorDash to cancel after seeing they tried to give me pennies of what my order was worth. They cancelled the order and asked if I'd like credits. I ask for credits and they refunded my payment to the card so I couldn't reorder from a open store. Mind you this happens a lot and from my experience I've been told a refund is coming and received nothing. Now I'm waiting 3-5 days... Customer Service is horrible but they will refund a missing item...
