I've been using DoorDash since 2016 and as of July of 2022 I no longer use this app. I enjoyed their Dashpass since I first started my account, but just recently the policy changed and although I have a DashPass, it is only eligible when I use my Chase Freedom Credit Card. Delivery fees range from $3-7 per order. Ridiculous! Plus I always tip 20% to all dash drivers. That is why I stopped using DoorDash because the DashPass is a lie. Even if you reach the minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping, it only works with Chase Freedom Card. Very disappointing. I now use UberEats and so far it's been great dealing with them. Also my last purchase was only because I had a credit available because the driver took two hours and I had to cancel. It was hard reaching driver, no response and hard to get in contact with customer service. The driver basically bailed! I was embarrassed because I invited my parents over to my house and the food never arrived. I originally paid for the order with my Chase Freedom Credit Card to qualify for the DashPass and when I was given the amount as a credit towards my next purchase I had to pay for delivery fees because I was using the Dash Credits. SMH
