They allow their drivers to do multiple orders at once. You get your food late and it’s cold. They text you automatically and tell you to wear a mask which is out dated and annoying. Restaurants will somehow not be able to contact customers when they need to cancel orders so 45 minutes after you are supposed to have your food you’ll end up with a text from your dasher saying they waited and we’re told the order had to be canceled … I even had a dasher mad because they wasted their gas to go
