I am a driver for doordash and i want to start by saying
.. we are not all bad. If food gets cancelled over and over its because, as a driver, you have to make sure the miles are worth the money you will make. And if not tip and low pay i know I do not take those orders. We only get so much from door dash and if not tip we will not make so will cancel order once comes up exactly how far you are. And if food not done yet at restaurant and will be too long will also cancel. Not waiting for food more then 3minutes. Time is money. If food is missing or cold that is store fault as I do not open sealed bags to inspect what is in it. The only thing I will do is ask for a straw if drink involved even if they tell me it is. As far as not finding an address it does happen. I have had to call customers due to lack of a number or even to find an apartment or house due to gps system bringing me to wrong place. NOW i agree with customer service sucking as lately i have been not able to dash due to too many dashers in my area so I am losing money. They never able to help or take forever to answer if an issue. I have also ordered from them and had to fight for my money back.
