Door dash customer service is great.. but their drivers absolutely suck in Kissimmee Fl. Most of the drivers are Venezuelan immigrants who can’t read or speak English so when you leave notes about delivering to your address they can’t read them because the idiots can’t read English. How do you get into this country and not speak English. 2x now I have had orders not get to me but marked as delivered. The drivers go to your address nearby and sit in a parking lot for 20min, mark ur order as delivered then take off, I’m assuming they eat the orders.
