The 2 Stars are because Door Dash needs get it together on the tips. People are NOT tipping, and you pay 2 bucks a delivery. Maybe put a banner on all orders that the TIP IS NOT INCLUDED. I know someone that had a HUGE order, including 4 cases of water and had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs. Her tip, $4. Why, because the lady thought tips were included in her order! Come on Door Dash! Look out for your employees and let people know the TIP IS NOT INCLUDED! FYI - I do not deliver Door Dash and ALWAYS tip on when I order!
