actually I don't want to give one star, even 1 star is not worth my rating of Doordash. My first time ordering food at Doordash instead of Ubereats, and I was so disappointed! I lost my money ($65) because Doordash didn't refund me. I want to place an order for delivery, But there is no button on the website for my order. After 3 minutes of ordering I canceled my order because I didn't have a car. IF UBEREATS you will receive your refund a few minutes later. Because it was my first time, I waited 1 week for Doordash for this refund. Then I chatted with customer service, they promised to refund me right away. A week later, I still have not seen this refund. I called Doordash to ask: they answered because the food was done, I just canceled so I can't refund. I don't believe with 3 minutes they can complete my order. Even if it's fast food. If it is UBEREATS, even though the order has been completed, you will still receive a refund for this wrong order, when you want to deliver but the order is picked up.
