I'm beyond pleased with DoorDash. There's a vast and great selection of restaurants to choose from. As for the delivery service itself, I'm very happy with what I've seen and have no complaints. The timeliness of delivery has been spot on as I've received most of my orders well before the estimated delivery time frame. When I did receive an incorrect order, it only took a few clicks to notify the customer support team. Not only did they respond immediately, they rectified the problem by having the corrected items delivered just as fast. The overall service is amazing and I'll continue to be a loyal customer because of it.
