The driver did not pay attention to the fact that she had a double order and left mine at the restaurant, she did go back and get it and then ASSURED me that it would be warm when I got it. NOPE, COLD! Then tells me that I should be happy that she went back and got it instead of cancelling my order. When did these Dashers become so entitled? I know they use their own cars and pay for their own gas, but they knew what they signed up for. Wish I could have taken my tip back. I did contact DoorDash customer service but I couldn't understand the Customer Service Rep, so I'm really not sure if they did anything.
