My order took super long to arrive, which is at fault of mine because I didn't tip. When this happens in other apps, my order just never arrives. But I still received my order and Door dash just sent me a 30% off my next order coupon to make up for the long wait time. I didn't even contact them about it, they just sent it. Great app!
