Of late, I noticed drivers being assigned to orders in languages they don’t understand. It causes issues.
Also, I ordered some nachos and ice. The dasher called, asked if I spoke Spanish and then said the address given was that of the store not my home. Door dash credited me. I ordered again but this time something different. I was given the old order. It was now cold. It happens far too much to keep using this service. Was a customer for 3 years. Ready to move on.
