I’m a dasher this company is terrible. Their app glitches and took away 284 deliveries from my lifetime deliveries. Right now it says 1,926 when it’s suppose to be 2,210 lifetime deliveries and I spoke with an agent and he tells me folks were getting too many deliveries added to their numbers and I watch my stats closely they literally *uck me over. If a store is closed I report it and they take away a percentage from my completion rate. They also don’t compensate at all have me drive 30 mins somewhere for $2 or $3 that’s just door dash base pay. I was at 100% for my acceptance and completion rate last week and their app glitches when sending me a order but doesn’t come thru and my numbers get hurt and if the main road is block by a parade and there’s no way around it I tell them this they say call the store to see if there is another route but there was no other route and they unassigned me from the order and take away a percentage from my completion rate. Most customers are cheap and rate dashers badly because the food isn’t up to their standards and punish dasher by giving a 1 star and some have lied and said they didn’t get their food which gives dashers a red number for going against the contract which can result in dashers like myself to get their account deactivated or fired. I take pictures and screenshot everything! Now I see why some dashers steal folks food now.
