9/16/23 I ordered Panda Express at 4:15 PM. Around 5:20 I got a text saying my order was being 're-dilvered'. Then a doordash notification that Panda Express accepted my order again and began working on it. I then contacted Doordash through their app support to chat with an agent. He informed me everything was normal and that my order was on the way. 10-15 Mins later I get another notification through text that my order has been cancelled. I contacted a new agent and asked what was going on with my order, and as I was typing I got a phone call from Doordash asking how I wanted my refund. I said slow down, refund? what do you mean? The doordash employee said that another doordasher picked up my order by accident. I said so doordash made the mistake, not Panda Express, great. He legit hung up on me, and after talking to three different agents and giving them a chance to give me some type of credit for my order, all of them said they could not. Very disappointed and will not be using Doordash ever again.
