They do give support when things are wrong but it's a constant process.
Beware the annual upgrade offer as it states you will get $10 off your first three orders I've had to message them and complain I did not get the rebate on my first order and they offered me $10 in credit instead. I mean okay but I'm still spending $30 lol.
