I'm handicapped and am homebound, so Door Dash has been a terrific service in order to get a hot meal delivered to my front door. I've used the service for over a year now, and only once was my order messed up enough for me to generate a complaint- my sodas were AWOL- and Customer Service refunded my drink money without any problem (it could have been the restaurant's fault). Sure, they add a few bucks to the bill, but service costs something. Highly recommend them.
