I just spoke with FON about an order I paid double for because the 1st dasher delivered my order to wrong address and took my over zealous tip and ran. Since I ordered through the store and a dasher got the order
, I called the store and was advised to call DoorDash and make a report of theft by their dasher. After the run- around, I decided to cancel my “$9.99 No Delivery Fee” because I was scammed in other ways. No problem taking my money from my credit card and buy and eat the food I ordered. Not on my watch. You get an “F” for rude customer service and theft by a dasher which makes me a “VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER”. Good Evening. 🌇
