I ordered from KFC on FM 78 and I live on 2800 of Rod Schaffe. At least have your driver's bilingual enables them to effectively communicate with all their customers. With all the road closure, it's a must to know which roads has closures. Don't give a handoff time and show up 15 minutes late . Call customer service all I got was smoke blow up my azz. My complaint is not on KFC behalf , but with door dash. Not even a partial refund , they just wanted to talk around the issues.
