I live in San Jose. I don't drive, so I've been using DoorDash for a year now. I have used their service for about 30 times so far. I usually order Indian food, sometimes sandwiches or pizzas too...Every single time it's been a great experience! Instant status messages(dasher arrived at the restaurant, picked up the order, on the way and then even the time when he is approaching your home with the order), delivery right on time, to the exact minute estimated at the time of placing the order itself...sometimes even early...never found any food missing...well thermal protected...always felt like dining in a restaurant...fresh and hot! Very helpful service and I'm grateful. I can't thank you guys enough...THANKS Dashers!
