My order was never delivered to me and refund denied twice.
I noticed on the map driver was not heading my direction. I tried to reach the driver on chat. It would not connect. I reached out to Customer service chat and was connected. I informed them the driver was heading in the wrong direction and the chat would not connect. The drivers phone number was also not showing up. I informed them this was a business and the driver was in an apartment complex according to the map.
I also requested they or the driver contact me via text as I was with a client.
I received a picture by text of the order delivered to an apartment. In the instructions it specifically stated that this was a delivery to a business as we have had issues in the past.
I responded immediately and included a picture of my office door. My refund was denied.
I immediately drove to the restaurant and reordered food for my client and myself.
I then emailed customer service and included screen shots of the texts I received as well as my response. My refund was denied again. I will no longer use Door Dash.
I have attached all pertinent information.
