We've used the service twice now. Both times the food came much sooner than the time indicated when the order was placed (this was a great thing!), both times the order was correct, and both times the process made our evening easier - that's the point, isn't it? The service charge is minimal compared to the benefit of removing "getting dinner" from my nightly task list. Although having Pizza delivered is always available, it's great to have so many other options.
