I've never had a problem getting my orders, and they are always complete with what I ordered.
I also drive for door dash and other apps as well.
Door dash by far has the most scammers ordering from them, door dash is aware of this . So they changed the way drop off is handled. But as a dasher I take extra precautions by screen shot the order and address. And I also take a separate picture. So when the customer texts me or calls me saying they didn't get their order I send them a picture of the screen shot and the drop off picture, and that usually ends the problem. But there are instances of dashers stealing the order as well . And I think door dashes biggest problem is constantly hiring new drivers and pushing out the old ones. If I owned door dash I would prioritize the more experienced drivers. That would 100% fix that issue of theft or being late. The other issue is low tips. Drivers are not going to waste their time on no tip or low tip orders. What door dash could do about that is rasing base pay to a reasonable amount for milage . And doing away with the whole tipping system. So charge a delivery fee .
