I placed an order for a few items from Target through DoorDash. 9 items to be exact. Tony, my dasher, messaged about being out of the cucumbers that I ordered so I should have been receiving 8 items. When I received the notification that my items had been dropped off, I went outside to grab the bags only to find NOTHING! No bags at either of my doors. I went back in the app to view the delivered photo & sure enough, photographic proof that nothing was left for me from Target! I made a claim in the app notifying DoorDash that no items were received and sent photo proof, they denied my claim. I called customer service, they reiterated that my claim was denied so I asked for another review and to speak with someone else. They had the supervisor call me who said they would reopen the claim so I can resubmit, which I did and they denied my submission again. I am furious that, even with the proof they will not give me my money back. Poor customer service, and poor way to run a business. Will not recommend and will not order again. Tony & DoorDash you stole from me!
