We ordered from a fast food restaurant through their app and their 3rd company was DoorDash. We received a text message that it was picked up by a courier and to wait for 10 minutes, and after a few minutes, it says it was cancelled. So we called the restaurant, reviewed what we ordered, and said someone had already picked it up. We called DoorDash. They confirmed that we ordered from that restaurant, and they said the merchant cancelled our order, so they refunded it within 5-7 business days to my account. I told them we'll talk to the merchant and let them know what they said. This is our first time experiencing this with DoorDash. I hope they can solve this kind of issue.
