I don't know if it's a training issue, or maybe they don't pay enough to get decent drivers. When I order from Uber Eats, drivers almost always follow delivery instructions. Most Door Dash drivers seem to be unaware that there is any delivery information other than the address. I've had them show me their phones and the information is there, just below the address. It's clear that most of them don't even look.
Trying to leave feedback is a whole other issue. I tried to type in a good review about my meal, but it's impossible to see what I'm typing as I type it. Editing typos is very difficult.
Tried Googling how to leave feedback for the company themselves. A few different pages came up from Door Dash. Some had an unusable layout. Others just took me in circles right back to the home ordering page.
The only thing on the app that works without issues is the ordering process.
I'm done with Door Dash. Not worth the annoyance when other companies can do the same job without all the issues.
