I've only used this a handful of times but thus far it has been awesome. No idea how the food comes hotter but it's weird it does. We sometimes find ourselves hungry after drinking a few and had to order the same old pizza joint. That of course is no more. We can no order from another 15 places. Not once in the five times has it come late. Even if it did, I couldn't care less to be honest but they've been on time in our area. Their tip section should go up. On a total of like 28 it's gives the option of like 4 bucks. No driver that has to leave their house, order your food and deliver it within an hour deserves anything less than $10. They should consider groceries or alcohol, and then I would give it 10/5 stars but for now you will have to deal with 5/5.
