Well to start off, we ordered 2 of the same entrees from a Greek restaurant. When we got our food, we discovered it was all wrong. There was one different entree, 2 sides and 2 drinks. After having a very long day, I was starving and already grumpy. I was beyond frustrated. Submitting a complaint is a little confusing on their app, and it was difficult to figure out how to fix the problem.
But after a few minutes of waiting we got a call from doordash. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received with Daniel! He was very sincere and let me explain my issue without interrupting. I was given an option of a refund or re-delivery; I chose a refund. He was extremely helpful and turned a pissed of customer into a happy one! His accent may have helped slightly :) Thanks Daniel!
