So far every order I've put in has always came either on time or before. I'm sure in certain areas it's a little different. But I haven't had any complaints. To be honest I'm staying at a hotel right now and I'm on the top floor. Every dasher has brought my order up the stairs even though I'd leave a message to let me know when there in the lobby so I can come down and grab it. I'm thankful for everyone who's brought me my orders !
