Food came earlier than expected, William was kind and courteous the one gripe I have is that you have to decide the tip when you make the order o_O and there is no option for adjusting after you actually receive the service for which you are tipping. I had no cash and after my excellent service from William I felt that he deserved more than the 15% I left him but with no way to adjust the tip after checkout I was at a loss and I am surprised that DD doesn't have a a feature for adjusting tip, please consider updating your system!!!
