At 10:30 am, we placed an order via DooDash for an office lunch to be delivered by noon. The "order" arrived at 12:30 but NOT our order. The driver took it back and placed a new order. The new order arrived an hour later. I called DoorDash to complain. After involving a supervisor, they refunded 100% of our order. Mistakes happen. I was impressed that DoorDash took responsibility for the mistake and made it right.
