I really love DoorDash. I began using them because of a referral credit I had and their relatively low delivery charges. They have tons of restaurants to choose from and are usually the cheapest choice. My love for DoorDash was cemented recently when I had an issue with one of my orders where I never received my food. The dasher said they had arrived but they were nowhere to be found. After waiting outside for 30 minutes and talking to customer service for 20 mins, I was really frustrated because by now the restaurant had closed and I feared I would never get my food. However, the customer service rep went above and beyond, contacted the restaurant, and was able to reorder my food even though the RESTAURANT HAD CLOSED and got it to me within 30 minutes. They also gave me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I was blown away and will continue using this service for all my delivery needs!!
