My order was late DUE TO THE RESTAURANT. People don't always realize that the restaurant decides how and when to handle the online/app orders. It is not always the driver's fault. I am speaking as a former Manager who ran a restaurant. Anyway, I called the customer service line and they were sincerely apologetic and paid for my food, so I got a refund for the food being 20 mins late. I'm definitely annoyed, but the fact that someone answered my call on the first ring and fixed the issue, compensated me, and contacted the restaurant directly absolutely makes up for an issue that, while inconvenient, does just kinda happen sometimes. I will use this company again.
