Our experience with DoorDash couldn't have been better. The order was correct, our delivery was timely and our food was still warm. Additionally, the delivery driver was courteous and kind. What more could we possibly ask for? We do, however, feel bad for the less fortunate people who have had anything less than superior service from DoorDash. We live in Lewisville (Castle Hills near Parker & 121) and the restaurant was located on TX-121. Hopefully, for DoorDash, it's merely a matter of working the kinks out so-to-speak in other DFW areas in order to provide superior service in those areas as well.
