I placed an order that was not delivered due to a restaurant that closed early, in both parties defense it was a Monday night. But door dash reached out to me via management and explained the problem and refunded my order, Door dash provides the best customer service and excellence in delivery. I am proud to be a DoorDash repeat customer.
