I just started using doordash in the past couple months and it couldn’t be more convenient and have better customer service. I’ve used at least 2-3 times a week, and out of all those times, only once was I missing a drink. And when I told customer service, I was credited more than what that drink would’ve costed, and I was surprised, but I really appreciated that they cared. They text me and let me know when my food is picked up and when it’s about to be at the door, even though I can always check and see where my driver is. I always give them 5 stars, because in a society where good customer service can be hard to come by, Doordash proves care about making their customers happy. I would be their spokesperson lol
