Ok so I wrote a review because I’ve been very happy with their service. Then after I write that good review, I read all of those other terrible reviews. I’m in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio and every experience has been super cool for me. Half of the time they say it’ll take 35-45 mins and it’s at my house in 15-20 and still hot! I’m kind of bummed out that other people aren’t getting the same service, and after reading the DoorDash employee comment who said the drivers aren’t getting paid well I feel bad. The sweet little lady who just delivered to my house was texting me personally to let me know her status to keep me in the loop, and when she delivered my food, she even gave me a little bag of candy. I do wish I would’ve given her an extra cash tip now. I do hope this company steps it up in other places because they have potential to be a great company.
