I use DoorDash very frequently because they have more option than the competition were I live. For the most part they are spot on and have great customer service. This particular day I was at work and I order off of DoorDash, and it's a repeat order that I have ordered many times before. Ordering and delivery went fine. But when I started to take out my order I noticed one of the Items is completely wrong. Due to stomach issue I have I could not eat this item otherwise I would not have cared. I quickly reported the issue on the app but only received a refund for half of the item. So I gave DoorDash a call just to see if i could get the rest of the money for the item I could not eat. I spoke with Alexis (I hope I spelled the name right) and Alexis was very accommodating. Alexis listened to my concern and empathized with me. Alexis then checked into getting me a credit for the item I could not eat. All while making great conversation in the mean time. At the end of the call I was VERY satisfied. I got a full credit for the item I could not eat. Overall great professionalism and great experience.
