I live in Carmel Indiana and want to make sure my delivery man, Brandon, gets a great review. I ordered a milkshake from steak-n-shake and asked for no whip cream. Whoever prepared it, put whip cream on it by accident and Brandon caught the mistake. When he asked that the woman make me a new one, she refused and just scraped off the whip cream, taking a good portion of the shake with it. Brandon felt bad and STOPPED AT A CONVENIENCE STORE AND BOUGHT ME DONUTS WITH HIS OWN MONEY to make up for the mistake. I couldn't believe it! I gave him an extra tip, but still felt it wasn't enough. That is so far above and beyond good service. I sure hope the Door Dash powers that be read this and reward him.
