I was really nervous after reading these reviews and expecting the worst from my first Door Dash order, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered from Red Lobster and requested delivery between 5:00 and 5:30. Door Dash driver Christopher had the order to our house nice and hot by 5:01! He was pleasant and courteous. Red Lobster got our order perfect too which was nice. I received Door Dash texts letting me know the status of my order every step of the way. Maybe a lot of the experience has to do with the area one resides in? I live in Central Florida. I'll definitely use Door Dash again.
