I was charged for something I didn’t order and didn’t receive. I did not receive one of the items I received and a cup of soup I received was definitely from the bottom of the pot. It was supposed to be loaded baked potato but it was just a cup of creamy broth. After jumping through hoops to give them all the info they requested they told me they did not have enough info to reconcile the problem. They offered me a token amount of what I thought I was owed. I told the I wanted the whole amount or nothing. They didn’t give it to me so I am done with Door Dash.
This is the first time this has happened. There is almost always something missing from my order. This is just the first time I have pursued it this far. I think these restaurants do this because they know they can get awash with it. DoorDash does not hold them responsible. The restaurant I was dealing with this time was Schlotzkys on San Mateo in Albuquerque.
