This is the first time I ordered Panera Bread in Hoboken. I was informed by the person Susan who delievered my
order that this was the order they gave her for me. I was confused and upset because I was so hungry and just
spent $20.00 on a delivery. However, Susan went out of her way and gave me the number to Door Dash so that
they can assist me. The representative on Door Dash continued to say they can not help me. I called Panera Bread who informed me
they would re-make my order. Susan also gave me her personal number and informed me she would pick up my order, although
she had other orders to deliver. She went out of her way and picked up my order. She handled the situation
perfectly and continued to apologize even though this was clearly not her fault. WAY TO GO SUSAN!!!!!
