Everyone on here needs to understand drivers are human. They dont work for the restaurant, and sometimes the place packs food and ties it up to the point where they would have to finger your food to make sure it's all there. Would you prefer that? Stop giving poor ratings because you didnt get a picture perfect experience. It's not always the drivers fault. Also, they get paid by time, so when you take forever to respond, it costs them LOTS of money. I don't blame them for leaving when you make them wait. You would do the same. It's time to grow up a bit, nobody made you use the company, and your experience is not indicative of the company (or drivers) as a whole. Wow, such complainers.
